When I started writing HTML, way, way waaaaaay back, the coolest things were tables and image maps–you could do such neat things with them! Now both are pushed aside in the world of formatting in favor of CSS and more accessible options. I took a few years off web development just after CSS was introduced to raise my son, and then got involved with eBook formatting, which required minimal CSS at the time. So when I came back to the world of web development… Wow! CSS is soooo cool!
