I provide web development services primarily for clients in the southern New Hampshire area. The majority of my clients are referred by word of mouth, but I am happy to accept clients who contact me directly, both from the local area and around the world.
The sites I design and develop range from simple 3-5 page "web presence" sites to complex database-driven eCommerce sites.
Sites are designed using current design methods which allow your site to be viewed in all major browsers, including mobile devices and devices designed for the vision-impaired.
Sites Developed For You:

Sub-Contract Work:
I am always happy to accept sub-contract work from other design firms! In fact, this is what I have been doing the most of lately. My specialty is converting Photoshop layouts to XHTML/CSS files. Turnaround time for this type of work is typically 24 hours. Get that backlog out of the way! Contact me for sub-contract rates and to learn more.
Some clients have requested that I design using table-based layout. Having started designing back in 1994, I am fully conversant in table-based layout and will do this upon request.
Rates:
It drives me crazy when companies or people offering services don't list their rates on their websites. So I am completely up-front about my "retail" rates. However, because each site and the business that needs it is unique, the following rates are guidelines only. For an exact quote, please contact me and I will provide you with a reasonable and firm quote--no surprises.
New Sites:
I develop new sites on a flat-rate basis so that we both know what to expect--there are no surprise or hidden charges. Design includes incorporation of your existing logo into a unique site designed exclusively for you. (I will also consider utilizing pre-designed templates, if you have one you're in love with.) A 3-5 page site with no eCommerce and under 10 "screens" of information runs approximately $350.
Development of eCommerce and database sites starts at $500, which includes the addition of many of your items. eCommerce and Database sites have functionality which allows you to provide your own upkeep, if desired. eCommerce or database-driven sites can run into the thousands of dollars, but I will quote a price based only on the actual time it will take to implement a site as well as any fees I incur. A site that will take 40 man-hours runs about $1500, a mega-site that is likely to take 200 man-hours to implement will obviously be more expensive, at about $7500.
Existing Sites:
Modification of existing sites is available at hourly rates between $37.50 and $50 per hour with a minimum charge of $15. Oftentimes, however, it makes more sense to completely re-vamp a site to bring it up to date and make it universally accessible. Site re-vamping is done at the "new" site prices.
